foreign enterprise undertaking contracted projects
(contract and manage). Dalian Development Zone Branch
and Tax-Free Zone Branch conduct the preparatory examination
of establishment, modification, removal for the foreign
enterprise undertaking contracted projects (contract
and manage) in the area under each jurisdiction. Pulandian,
Wanfangdian, Zhuanghe Branch deal with the preparatory
examination of establishment for the foreign enterprise
undertaking contracted projects (contract and manage)
in the area of its jurisdiction.
Time Limit for Registraton:
Legal Time Limit: 30 days for establishment,
modification, removal registration
Time Limit We Promise: 3 Days for Modification
and Removal Registration, 5 Days for Establishment Registration
Documents Required for Registration:
(1)Approval of competent authority;
(2)Application signed by president or general manager
of foreign enterprise
(3)Business Contract
(4)Legal Business Certification issued
by local government of foreign enterprise
(5)Fund Credit Certification issued by
the local bank of foreign enterprise
(6)Authorization, Resume, ID Certification
of the principal in charge of the project appointed
by the president of foreign enterprise
(7)Other documents required by competent
authority
