Dalian Administration for Industry&Commerce
takes charge of registering and administrating foreign-invested
enterprise branch. Dalian Development Zone Branch
and Tax-Free Zone Branch conduct the preparatory examination
of establishment, modification, removal regisration
for foreign-invested enterprise branch in the area
under each jurisdiction. Jinzhou, Lvshun, Pulandian,
Wanfangdian, Zhuanghe, Golden Pebble Beach Tourism
Zone, Changhai Branch deal with the preparatory examination
of establishment registration for foreign-invested
enterprise branch in the area of each jurisdiction.
Time Limit for Registration:
Legal Time Limit: 30 working days for establishment,
modification and removal registration
Time Limit We Promise: 3 Working Days for Modification
and Removal Registration, 5 Working Days for Establishment

Requirements for Establishment Application:

regulations;
£¨2£© have a fixed place of business and necessary facilities;
£¨3£© have relevant management system and principal;
£¨4£© have business scope in accordance with relevant
laws;
£¨5£© have necessary fund and employees;

of some competent authority is required.
